Paul Mollon
Director of Disaster Restoration Services
Your Damage Management Expert
With nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in damage management, Paul is more than just a key member of the MDSCS team – he’s the person you want on your side when the unexpected happens.
BDMA accredited and deeply knowledgeable in the latest restoration techniques, Paul brings both technical precision and human understanding to every job. His work is built on the principle that in times of crisis, people don’t just need solutions – they need someone they can trust and totally depend on. That’s exactly what Paul and his team provide.
The formation of the British Damage Management Association (BDMA) marked a turning point in setting high standards across our industry, and Paul’s long-standing membership reflects his commitment to those values. From flood recovery to fire damage restoration, Paul combines methodical care with a calm, can-do approach that clients deeply appreciate.
Behind the scenes, Paul’s influence helps ensure our entire team delivers the same level of professionalism, empathy, and consistency that defines his work.
When he’s not helping homes and businesses get back on their feet, Paul’s likely tinkering with tech, enjoying time outdoors, or finding new ways to make processes smarter and safer for our clients.
Calm under pressure. Technically skilled. Genuinely caring. That’s Paul – and that’s the standard we bring to every project.
