- If you are insured you’ll have nothing to pay (other than your insurance excess) as we can invoice your insurers direct.
- To assist with a seamless end to end complete service for you our sister building company and our panel of vetted and approved contractors can carry out any building works as well.

Our restoration process begins with a comprehensive assessment and waste removal. Unsalvageable items are carefully disposed of, while restorable contents are safely removed and stored. Structures that remain safe are thoroughly stripped and prepped for cleaning. During this stage, we conduct a detailed inspection, documenting all damage with photographs, meter readings, and other relevant data to support future claims. We also ensure full management of property access where required.
Next, we address odours, damp, mould, smoke, stains, and other contaminants using state-of-the-art, specialist equipment. Our team employs advanced techniques such as air scrubbing, dehumidification, and antimicrobial treatments to ensure a deep and thorough clean. Once these issues are resolved, the restoration is handed over to our construction team to carry out any necessary repairs or structural work.
Finally, after repairs are completed, we conduct a final deep clean, ensuring your property is returned to a safe, healthy, and fully habitable state.
