- Carry out frequent and regular monitoring visits and follow up with a written report with photos for each visit.
- Upon conclusion of the works produce a sign off report including where appropriate a drying certificate.
- If you are insured you’ll have nothing to pay (other than your insurance excess) as we can invoice your insurers direct.
- To assist with a seamless end to end complete service for you our sister building company and our panel of vetted and approved contractors can carry out any building works as well.
- For any contents – whether restoration or replacement works – we are with you every step of the way to ensure you have an expert guide always working for you.
