  5. Carry out frequent and regular monitoring visits and follow up with a written report with photos for each visit.
  6. Upon conclusion of the works produce a sign off report including where appropriate a drying certificate.
  7. If you are insured you’ll have nothing to pay (other than your insurance excess) as we can invoice your insurers direct.
  8. To assist with a seamless end to end complete service for you our sister building company and our panel of vetted and approved contractors can carry out any building works as well.
  9. For any contents – whether restoration or replacement works – we are with you every step of the way to ensure you have an expert guide always working for you.
